Greenville Hotel and Apartment Houses includes three individual

buildings with 113 rooms, suites and apartments, including 53 stylishly

furnished rooms and 24 suites in the central hotel building. Most rooms

have large balconies.

 

Classic rooms

Our standard rooms are equipped to meet the needs of the modern

business and leisure traveler. We offer also non-smoking rooms. They

include kingsize bed and offer all room facilities.

 

Executive rooms

Our executive spacious rooms offer a workspace with a desk and chair,

with a big armoire, and relaxing spot with armchairs and tea table.

Some of the executive rooms are with two large single beds, the rest of

them are equipped with kingsize beds. We offer also non-smoking

rooms and rooms for disabled.

 

Junior suites

Junior suites feature consist of kingsize bed, parlour with second

television, silk sofa and armchairs with tea table.

We offer also non-smoking suits.

 

Deluxe suites

Our Deluxe suites combine large sitting area with sofa and armchairs

and a tea table with separate spacious bedroom.

We offer also non-smoking suits.

 

The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the Sofia Land

amusement park, amid newly built office. Near the hotel are also the

Maleevi tennis club and the first Japanese clinic in Europe.
